Brian Caldwell

Brian Caldwell, originally from Sewanee, Tennessee, is a longtime Chattanooga, Tennessee resident. Brian obtained his Associate’s degree from Chattanooga State, his Bachelor’s degree from UTC, and graduated with a law degree from the Nashville School of Law. Brian worked as an Adjunct Professor for the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga for over four (4) years. 



With many deep ties to the Chattanooga community, Brian is passionate about helping its residents deal with complex and difficult legal circumstances. He is determined to help his clients achieve the best possible outcomes and believes that everyone is entitled to the best legal representation possible.

Brian worked in the law department of a local insurance company for many years before going into private practice. While he enjoyed the work at the insurance company, his private practice has given him the opportunity to work with people in a more relational way. Brian understands that there is no such thing as a trivial case – each issue brought to him is of great significance to the individual or family seeking his assistance. Because of this, Brian handles each case professionally, respectfully, and thoroughly.
